We provide all employees who work 30 or more hours per week with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, term life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. Employees are required to complete the forms necessary to elect health care benefits upon employment. Coverage will begin the first of the month following the first 60 days after the date of hire. .
